Wow thats a great height and weight. :)Hmm… did you have the cellulite when you lost weight? I personally don’t know much about cellulite though, I’m sorry. But here is a website that might help. I hope you find what you’re looking for and i hope i helped a little. :)Good luck!
I’m so sorry I’m responding to this months late! :/ My apologies. But i don’t really have a daily meal plan. I kind of just eat whatever i feel is not bad and i know i won’t feel guilty about it. For one, i definitely cut out going out to eat on a regular basis. And i also cut down junk food and rice (my weakness!). I substituted rice with pasta, and for junk food, such as chips like my favorite; hot cheetos, i only eat it once in a great while and i started eating veggie chips or pita chips instead. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. I also drink lots of water, but lucky me i don’t drink soda so that wasn’t so difficult. I don’t count calories, i personally think it takes too much time. I just try to portion myself better than i did before. I do treat myself sometimes when i go out or special occasions, no harm done. Just as long as it is worked off later. But besides eating, working out plays a role too. If you work out, you can eat a little more cause you’ll burn that right off. I suggest some cardio and weight lifting. You don’t have to, but should. It will help your body after losing the weight and the excess ‘fat’ or whatnot is still there. I also suggest protein shakes (Whey protein). You won’t gain weight, but most likely lose weight. You should drink it in the morning and right after you work out, just in case you don’t eat as much during the day, the protein will help your body rebuild your muscles and all that good stuff. And gradually your muscles can get nice and toned. It helps to have motivation, and i will be here every step of the way. The first week is always the hardest. Keep pushing yourself and you will definitely see results. Hope that helps. :)
